Sometimes personal data are validated or combined by Entrepreneurs For a Warm Belgium with information from external sources. To carry out and process sponsorship, support payments, gifts, donations and crowdfunding, Entrepreneurs For a Warm Belgium, engages Mollie B.V.. Mollie B.V. processes the payment between the donation platform and your bank or credit card provider. Mollie B.V. thus gains access to your payment details. Entrepreneurs For a Warm Belgium respectively Kentaa has concluded a processing agreement with Mollie B.V. in which the obligations of Mollie B.V. to take appropriate technical and organisational measures for the protection of your personal data are laid down. 

Your data with action starters, participant and project leaders 

If you make a donation, give a sponsorship gift or participate in a crowdfunding campaign (for example: a one-time donation or contributing to a crowdfunding or action), the action starter/participant you sponsor or the project leader of the crowdfunding campaign you made the donation for respectively will obtain access to your contact details and your donation. Your data will then only be used to inform the action starter, participant or project leader respectively, to send a thank you or to be kept informed about a campaign or action. Your data will not be made available to third parties. You may object to this processing of your data to Entrepreneurs For a Warm Belgium. The provisions apply in full to this processing of your personal data. 

Your rights 

Entrepreneurs For a Warm Belgium and processors engaged by it respect your rights under the AVG. You can at any time and without cost gain insight into your data processed by Entrepreneurs For a Warm Belgium and, if you so wish, adjust or delete such data. In case you have a login account for this website, after logging in, you can use the dashboard to see an overview of all your personal data stored for the use of this website. You can use the dashboard to instruct us to delete this data. 

If you do not have a login account, you can contact us to obtain this overview, modify or delete your data. If you wish, you can also receive your data in a machine-readable format (via a link allowing you to download that data), for example because you want to pass it on to another body.
